If you are looking to spend a little less than the price for a piece of offical Volvo glass but looking for identical quality, why not use a Pilkington windshield. My dealership replacement Volvo windshield has both the "Volvo" & "Pilkington" stamp on it. I know they make just a Pilkington model to fit your car but it may be harder to get here in N/A (I could not get it in Canada so I bit the bullet and bought the Volvo issue).
