Re-using bolts for ball joint to strut connection?/tie-rod removal tool? 200

Greetings
I'm getting ready to replace the ball joints and front end bushings on my 86 and 90 240s.
The Bentley manual says to never re-use the self-locking bolts on some of these components. I know that the ball joints usually come with the 3 new control arm bolts, but is it okay to reuse these other bolts, to struts/ control arm to body bolts, if I just use a little lock-tite when putting in the new joints and bushings am I G2G?
Are these bolts stressed upon removal or is this just a Volvo recommendation?

Also what is recommended to remove the outer tie-rod end from wheel assembly,
puller/ press, any specific size to buy?
