New, Improved FAQ on the Way

Thanks to all the great contributions from you, I've cooked up a new and improved FAQ which is now on its way to Jarrod. This edition contains:

-more OBD codes
-better graphics
-more descriptive files
-numerous errors fixed
-some editing of verbosity

Give him a few days to decompress it (now at 17MB compressed) and load it up.

Keep up the contributions. The good ones are snipped and inserted into the FAQ.
