best MPG putt putt B20 in 140? 140-160

Say I wanted to put together a B20 to get the best economy
possible. Which cam would I want? Would I want a FI or a
carb headed B20 head? I assume that higher compression does
not affect fuel economy. The target car would be a 73 142
with overdrive. Probably not the best model to get good
milage (probably a 122 would be best for that) but it's what
I've got and what's in good shape other than the motor.

I'm thinking something like
c-grind cam
carb head
weber downdraft
M41
tall tires
8.5:1 CR (so I can use cheap gas)

What sort of milage would such a car get?
chris
