240 blower-motor the EASY way

I'm telling you...

This is one of those jobs in which, taking an extra step, actually SAVES you time in the long run.

Not only that, you get to actually SIT in the front seat comfortably, and do the work. It maybe isn't a fun project, but it sure isn't one of the worst either. The boss (who finally made me do it the "right" way) has shaved it down to 2.5 hours when he's not disturbed.
