760GL won't start 700 1988

Hello All,

I am a new user and I own a 1988 Volvo 760GL with a 2,3 liter carborator (gas) model engine and Eastern European specifications. When I bought the car last year I noticed some problems with starting when the temperature hits 32 F (0 C). The car will start but run rough until it warms up. It seems as if the timing is off until the engine gets warm. if the temp is above freezing I don't have any trouble. Right now in Russia we are experiencing temps around -20F. I went back to the USA on Vacation and when I tried to start it after sitting 2 weeks it doesn't seem to be getting any spark until I release the key. This problem happened last winter and it took me about 4 hours to get it started. Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? I have replaced the spark plugs, cap, wires, and battery ( It wasn't the correct CCA )
