Saw a '92 240 GL yesterday 200

While driving around Burlington (VT) yesterday afternoon, I spotted what appeared to be a 1992 240 GL sedan parked on the street. This car had the black outside door handles and the cross-spoke alloy wheels seen on the last 240 Classics of '93. How rare are these '92 GL sedans, anyway? The Kelley Blue Book and NADA list the model in their 1992 listings, and the only other '92 GL I've ever seen besides that particular one is owned by the district judge of my county (go figure that one!).
