WHEW! Head gasket is OK!

Thanks for the voices of reason out there that calmed me down and set me straight. It was just condensation after all.

After some blasting down the interstate in 3'rd gear, I got the Oil Temp gauge up to 110deg C. Checking the cap, there was no goop in sight, and the coolant tank was still nice & green.

I usually drain the oil after a longer trip, when the oil is good and hot, so I guess that's why I never saw the creamy stuff before. That, and the fact that I'd been living in the South for the last four years, so I haven't seen temps like these in a while.
