Rear overload springs 200 1986

I have a '86 244, spouse, 4 kids and lots of heavy stuff to haul. I know I need to replace rear bushings and looking foward to building a bushing removal tool. I also need to keep the tires from rubbing a hole in my fenders. What would be the best option: heavier spings (if so, part #'s would be nice), air shocks, coil-over shocks, or is there another option. You guys are great!
Thanks alot!!!
Rick.
