Should I worry about this brief clack noise? 200

First time I have heard this. The car sat for three days, temps down to 14degrees at night. Started it up and I had a clacking noise at idle, a little louder as I raised the idle slightly. It then went away after about 30 seconds. I use synthetic oil. Is this noise a valve? POssible oil pressure issue at start? Anything to worry about?

This is the first time this has happened and I am sure the cold had something to do with it. Would just like to hear if there is anything I should consider checking. Thanks
