240 B23 ---no start in COLD weather 200 1983

Hey folks, my previously reliable 240 has let me down and I need your suggestions. Over the past couple of months it was hesitating upon acceleration until the engine warmed up to normal temp. and then the other day it wouldn't start...period......but the fuel pumps were running. I thought that it was probably an enrichment problem so I replaced the engine temperature sensor. I thought that it fixed the problem, b/c it eliminated the hesitation on accelerating when cold and it started in relatively cold conditions (~20-30 degrees). But this morning I went out to leave and she wouldn't start again...it was about 10 degress out by the way. What else could be the problem????? I didn't check for spark yet, is it possible the the ignition control unit is somehow only malfunctioning at ultra cold temps??? By the way, the car has the LH jet injection and no cold start valve (injector). I appreciate any help anyone can offer.....thanks

Ben Costello
