Running Hot 700

Hi all, happy new year!!
I have an 83 760 GLE with PRV6 & as it is currently warm summer here in Aust of
late and for the past two summers now the car finds it sometimes hard to bear by running hot.
I will point out that I have replaced the following.
Water Pump, Rad Hoses, Temp Gauge Sender, I had the Radiator cleaned approx 15 months ago, New 16" Thermo Fan fitted and still this car finds the hot weather too much, the coolant has been changed on a number of times, The Thermostat has
also been changed a couple of times.
The car is good whilst coasting but when it is in traffic it finds the going tough. I really now am at my witts end with this problem I want this car to run as cool as possible would it be worth buying a new Radiator of larger capacity?
All help would be muchly appreciated.
