Lowering a 245, 4-5 cm problems with shock absorber and Pannard? 200

Hello,

We thinking of lowering our 245's, springs are allready ok, but what about the shock absorber, do we need shorten them, and what with the Pannard brace?
Wheels would be -5 left + 5 on the right, be right?

242 1979 2.3 4 speed flathood
245 1984 2.3 Auto, Black Flathood
245 1987 2.0 5 speed
244 1977 2.1 4 + Overdrive, Power steering, self instaled.
