blowing smoke 700 1989

back to my smoking brick. first thing i did was pull all the plugs and check for oil, none found. i tested the fuel pressure regulator by pulling the vacumm line and plugging the vacumm port, but no fuel leaked out. as i stated before i can blow through the hose to the breather box and the oil cap will jiggle. the car was not having any problem until after i drove from jacksonville to tallahassee. during this trip i hit speeds of 90 and 100 mph. can anyone shed some light on this problem, my wife is driving me crazy!!!
