I can't stand it anymore....replacing the center support bearing.... 200 1990

...damn thing's been singing since October of last year and lately it's been getting louder...well, the cold weather and plenty of rock salt doesn't help either. Once I sprayed plenty of WD40 in and around it, which shut it up for a few days...well it's whining gain and I will be replacing it now, although I hate working outside on cars in this cold. Wish I had one of those large paraffin heaters in my garage....anyhow, my question is this. Anything else I should replace while I have the drive shaft out? The car has over 177k miles on it and everything's original.

TIA!
