Jetronic for 1987 240

My volvo 1987 245 just stopped turning over last week. My mechanic traced the
problem to the ECM a jetronic Bosch part # 0 280 000 544. The volvo dealership wants to takemy home as payment for a replacement. I have found on the web a jetronic Bosch part # 0 280 000 511 and one taken from a 1986 240 Bosch part # 0 280 000 554. Two questions are these jetronics suitable for my 87 240 and where can I find a replacement part at a reasonable price. Thanks in advance
