940 Non-Turbo

Car still idling poorly but improved somewhat from the advice of this board (Vacuum leak checked, electric connectors cleaned, injectors treated with Techron and others like replacing distributors, plug wires). My latest attempt was removing the hose attached to the IAC and joined up with the intake (the one that go behind the throttle body). I pulled the hose and cleaned up those gunk stuff inside the funnel (the metal piece that attached to the intake, which supposedly has blocked up somewhat air flow to intake. Idling improves slightly again and the RPM needle appears to bounce less widely.
However, I did notice that when I shot some water onto the injector joint to the intake, small tiny bubbles appeared and then within seconds the water appeared to have disappeared. Either the water has been sucked in or evaporated, but the sequence took place no matter how many times I shot water onto the injector joining area, and no matter how much water I sprayed onto it.

Can I conclude that there is a vacuum leak here and that the injector seals need replacement, or is this normal? I tried to pick up hissing sound by placing a half inch hose over the injector but could only hear ticking sound.

Please advise, should I or should I not replace the injector seals and also what can be deduced from my latest observations.

Also I got ohm readings on the ignition coil. Primary at 1.86 ohm and secondary at 8500 ohms. Are these within range? Looks a trifle bit low to me.
