Bolts stuck again - good ideas needed!! 700

Removing the turbo and the exhaust manifold. I have two bolts left, the one for the stiffener bracket for the exhaust manifold and one on the oil pipe underneath the turbo. The Haynes manual says to remove that pipe on the block but there is no bolt there, it just goes into the block. I can't just pull it out can I? I can't access the bolt from underneath the car as there is a crossmember in the way.

The stiffener plate one is even worse, I cannot even reach that one and again, no access from underneath as the oil filter is in the way and removing that won't make any difference because the bit the oil pipes from the oil cooler is attached to will still be in the way.

Any ideas, anyone?
