resoldering fuel pump relays 200 1983

The relays on an 83 245 with the Bosch 2.0 LH system are two little jobs near the passengers feet. Relays for the 85- on 240's were one white larger box that seems easy to resolder. My question: the little ones are metal encased and seems that they would be easier to replace than to resolder. Are plastic covered new ones with the same terminal numbers equivalent? I can get aftermarket ones, but don't trust them as well as the Bosch. Where do you all get your relays?
