wind deflector bubble is loose 900

The plastic wind deflector "bubble" over the front part of the sunroof on my 92 940 sedan has lost the "glue" or "paste" that held it in place on to the roof.

Both clips are still on and are holding the deflector, but driving at high speeds the wind goes under the deflector causing vibration, and I am afraid that it will eventually fall (or fly)off.

Does anyone know what paste or glue can I use to secure the deflector bubble on to the roof? I am afraid to use a product that will damage the paint or the metal.

Thanks for any help on this.
