changing the oil in a turbo 700 1990

this may sound stuipid, but when i went to change the oil in my uncles 760 turbo i noticed that the oil was real black. i sorta overfilled it by 1.5quarts and decided to drain some of the oil out, well the oil that came out was really dirty even though i put clean out in. is there some where else i should drain oil from when i change the oil? by the way ita a 1990 760 turbo wagon what kind of turbo is it? the other thing is, when my uncle bought th 760t it had 150000 miles on it should i change the t-belt soon? there was no sticker t indicate when it was last changed. if i leave it and is breaks would it screw up the engine? i know that it would for a 16 valve but dont know about an 8 valve.

thanks in advance
Jippi
