Scan Tech or ACD transfer pump? 200 1981

I wouldn't even think about an ST oil pump. No way, no how. Now if it was a belt driven pump like on the B234F, but not driven by the timing belt.. I might consider it. Actually the oil pump is a special case, because I would be doing a bit more research. Apparently you can find an uprated pump (I'll have to dig thru my sbricks/turbobricks archives) of good quality for a better price.

The splash pan I can live with, the lights I probably could too (but I've seen enough comments in all of the various forums about aftermarket tail lights loosing their color within a few months), as long as it didn't pose a fire hazard I wouldn't even worry about the wiring. Actually, the comment from Dan Stern that worried me was the one (same thread) about the motor mounts.

FWIW the "ACD" pump I got from IPD was made in the UK. That car is not running yet, so I have yet to see how the pump will do.
