power steering on 140 vs 160 question: 140-160

I really like the way the power steering on my 164 works.
It gives good road feel, boosts lots when the car is
stationary and not at all once I'm going about 5 mph.

Is the power steering on a 74 140 similar? I've driven
some cars with power steering that made me feel like I
was a zombie. I've never driven a 140 with power
steering.

I assume that you can transfer 74 140 power steering
to a 73 140 without any major work. Is this reasonable?
Can you use a 164 steering box on a later 140?

Lastly, I assume that any power steering pump that
hooks up would work okay; again is this correct?
thanks,
chris
