Rain/sleet on my head... 200

Hey all,
Brrrr it's frigid here in New England!! Anyway, I took the car for an auto wash today sans brushes with just high powered water jets. When the jets passed over the sunroof, it started to drip towards the front of the sunroof, and around the seal. This was the first time water leaked into the cabin as I've taken the car to many powerful auto washes before. So here's my question: Is this a seal problem and if so is it a big job to repair/replace? Is it possible that the extreme cold caused the gasket/seal to shrink, and hence leak at this particular time? I hope it is the latter!!
Thanks in advance,
-Adam
