73-74 engine-head-cam swap 140-160

You can pretty well use any combination of heads and cams - the
injectors and adaptors are a lot different but the heads are a lot
alike.
I agree with the other guys - a flickering oil pressure light at hot
idle is not anything to worry about but to be sure, check the REAL
pressure with a real gauge. Oil pressure switches have caused me more
problems than I can count, especially some pretty scary oil leaks.
I ran a B20 for several years with very low oil pressure because I blew
out an oil line seal on startup after rebuild (too strong a spring in the
relief valve, I think) and when I finally fixed it the oil pressure was
fine.
