Volvo dealers 200

Volvo dealers in the US sure haven't made much of a reputation for themselves over the years, have they?

Makes me wonder sometimes, how a company as concientious in other ways as Volvo could have ignored for so many years the reputation of their dealer network in a market as big (at least potentially) as the US.

Maybe dealer reputation is why Volvo never quite made it into the big time here.

Question for brickboard members in other countries: how does the reputation of Volvo dealers there compare to those of other car companies?
