You mention having a failed cold start injector on your 1991 240. I was under the impression that the LH2.2 and later had no cold start injector because the cold engine problem is handled with a different signal to the injectors from the ECU. But...I've been wrong before.

I have a 1986 and 1988 244GL, plain vanilla (no mods) and they both run rich. Maybe it's a cold start injector not shutting down. Can you tell me where to look on the engine for said CS injector?
