Pulsating brakes on 91 240. Need ideas/advice. 200 1991

Other posts are on-target. The fact that you can feel it through the floor tends to point away from the rotors.

One other thought - when you were working on the brakes, was there any indication that one of the caliper pistons might be moving less freely than the others? If one piston drags hard on the rotor, it will heat the rotor and then put pressure on it as it cools after you stop. This will warp the rotor almost immediately.

See if one rotor is warmer than the others after you stop the car. Careful not to burn your finger.
