What should I replace when engine is out?

I am going to have to replace the engine in my 92 740 after all (w/108K). I amnot sure what the PO did to this car to kill it but it has a perfect body/interior new turbo and lots of other new goodies. I was going back and fourth about the new engine but the over heat and blown head gasket sinched it. I sourced a 94 B230FT that I am going to have put in (too much work for me). Besides, rear main seal, t-belt, front seals, water pump, what else should I have replaced while the engine is out?

I'll do the valve job myself once the engine is back in!
