Coolant leak 200 1980

Hi

I've just had the head of my (Carb model) overhauled and I torqued everything up to specs when I installed it. I put in a new inlet gasket, and cleaned up the inlet manifold faces. But there is a slight drip from the gasket on No 1 Cylinder (green stuff, the same colour as my coolant!).

Should I have put some gasket sealant on the gasket?
