Wiring Harness Woes...- Need a Mechanic I can Trust to do the Job... 200

I had wiring harness problems a while back, but had someone patch up the harness. The other day I took my car to a shop for a new radiator and the mechanic did something to my patched up harness and now every light on the dash is lit up. He told me that I needed a wiring harness. I drove the car today and it would not start. In a way I don't want to deal with this mechanic, because I find it strange that all of the indicator lights are on since he put the radiator in. He wants the wiring harness installation job from me. I want to find someone in the Los Angeles area to do the job. Someone recommended Beverly Hills Volvo (Harry) and they quoted me a price of 600.00 (parts and labor). Sound like a decent price if their work is good. Anyone ever had any dealings with South Bay Volvo? The dealer wants 900.00. The part is 350.00.
