Coolant in wierd places 200 1982

I have noticed a few drips of coolant on the drivers side factory jacking bracket (right where you would insert the stock jack). It looked like coolant, I tasted a drop and it was very very sweet. Does this point to heater core. THe radiator is 1 year old and I just replaced the heater hoses, could it be possible a heater hose is leaking doen the fire wall and happens to be dripping off of the bracket. Carpets arent wet and it is not smelly in the cabin.

Thanks,

Matt
