b21's????? 200

Hello, i recently swapped a 1980 b21f into my '76 244DL that had a blown motor. i hooked up all the stuff i could but there seems to be one major difference. in the top section of the picture i included is a shot of a plug-in spot that is sitting below my throttle and im not sure what plugs into it. the bottom section of the picture shows something that is mounted on the inside of my drivers side front fender (right behind the battery) the black box has a short wire with a plug that matches the one on the engine. the problem is.. that the wires attatched to the plug are WAY too short. im totally confused and am hoping that you guys could maybe help me out here.
