85' 244 auto, won't start > > > > 200 1985

I posted earlier about this and have had some results, I replaced the 25a fuse behind the battery and the fuel ones inside the drivers side kick box 8a+16a. After i changed these the car started and i had the pedal to the floor until the engine cuaght up, then pumped it a little and it died and won't start again. Also something strange but maybe nothing, earlier when the car turned over and started it could be done in either neutral or P. but now it will only turn over in P it won't make a noise in N. Just tried it again after adding more gas and line antifreeze but it won't catch> > >Anyone know something that's been over looked> > >please help> > >
