Sagging front seat back pouches.

Hi Guys-

On all the 240's I have had that have the GL-type pouches on the backs of the front seats, the elastic has given away so the thing sags open and ugly.

I really don't know the cause, but I think it's heat and humidity. Do you have any ideas about making the sag go away? Velcro? New elsatic? Something else?
