Clunk redux 140-160 1973

Steve,
Its starting to sound like a drive-line problem. A U-joint can be bad
and still be tight. Normally when a shaft vibration begins its from
a siezing u-joint. I hate to ask you to jack it up again but you may
need to remove the shaft and rotate and bend the u-joints to find the
bad one. It may have a rusty/powdery residue at the seal area of the
bad u-joint cup. The joints will bend and twist to the extent of the
shaft yokes if there OK, if they bend just a little-bit their bad,
if their tight while bending, their bad, and if they are not servicable
or not greaseable I would replace them while its out. $7.99 at your
local AutoZone (if there is one local to you)
