240 wagon no fuel no spark 200

1st, no spark = no fuel. The fuel system must see ignition pulse before it will close the relay and start the pump, so you need to find out why you have no spark. Odds are the fuel system is ok. Broken timing belt will cause no spark, as the distributor rotation is dependent on timing belt. It is not a zero tolerance engine. If the belt is broken, it will sound funny while cranking, as if it has no compression. Open the oil cap and have someone crank and watch for cam rotation. Most common ignition failure is the hall switch in the distributor, or wiring harness for ignition syst.
