how much to replace kickdown cable? 200

No lift necessary, and it shouldn't take that many hours. But it does take a lot of patience to reconnect the cable at the transmission end of it, as you have very little space to keep the spool rotated and to be able to insert the cable end.

Alas, it's been a while since such was done. Long, bent-tip pliers and some fabricated wire "tools" did help.
