plasic fitting for turbo housing that goes to waste gate hose-availibility? 700 1989

The engine on the 740ti did a cut off due an over boost condition, and for good reason;the plasic fitting on the turbo housing came out and won't stay in.I am looking for a source other than buying a complete rebuild kit from the dealer. Also, I put a pressure pump on the hose that leads to the stock boost gauge and the fuel cut switch at the intake manifold,if my gauge is correct the boost cut off is around 12psi;which is at the end of the yellow zone on the stock boost gauge. Is 10 psi safe for for a stock engine with proper fuel ratio?
