B234F valvejob, PLEASE HELP 700 1990

I have 1990 Volvo 740GLE 16Valve with B234F Engine(4 Cyl). I lost pressure in two cylinders. when i pulled the head out, i noticed that two exhaust valves are burned out (1/4 is missing). first I thought that it was becouse of timing belt that caused valve collide with pistons, but after cheking the pistons i could not find any dents or demages. one more thing is I messed up the tappets, did not keep them in order, and now i know that they are not interchangeable.
How to find its place?
how to measure valves?
I want to install new valves and valveguides, Please, anybody, give me a tip how to do it. Can't aford machinshops, and can't find any manuals for this engine.
