REmoving engine to fix broken sender, what to replace?

going to be removing the engine and tranny this weekend to remove that leaking broken sender bit.

planning on doing some other items while it is out.

one of the wastegate threads for the studs that bolts the downpipe on isnt working well enough. What size helicoil would I need for this operation?

I would also like to drill and tap the exhaust manifold support bosses for that. Anyone know the sizes I would need for that?

I am planning on removing the oil pan in case I need to rotate the drain hose from the breather box as I think that is where my oil leak is coming from. Do I need to use something else in addition to the gasket?

valve adjustments might be a good idea at this point too. but does the engine need to be warmed up for that first?

Engine was rebuilt 15k miles ago, so it shouldnt need fronts seals.

any other ideas on what to do?

thanks
take care

Luke
