Manual Boost Controller

With all the recent talk about MBC/MBV's (manual boost controller/valves) I decided to give it a try. When I went to www.dawesdevices.com and saw they were $42 plus shipping I put it on hold. Then I went to Gus Mahon's site and he had very simple instructions and part numbers so I figured I would go that route.

Well, after the aggravation of ordering the parts finding the teeny tiinny drill bits (#76 or .020) and finding the little hand held drill 'pen' that would actually hold the drill bits, I probably would have been better off buying one outright.

So here's my offer to you...I can make one of these things (since I now have all the necessary hardware) for less then $15.00.

If anyone is interested, I could build and ship you one of these devices for, say, $25.00?

..or you could go to dawesdevices to buy one or go to http://home.earthlink.net/~turbogus4/boostcontrol.html for instructions on how to do it yourself.

Drop me a line if you are interested.

Ian
