The other thing you will need is a different rear end--the ratio's are different between auto and manual in the ES. I am waiting to do this, too--have most of the parts from a donor car but other projects keep getting in the way. When I first got my ES the tranny was slipping badly. I used an additive I found at NAPA that helped a lot. I will try to dig up the name and get it to you.
