What problems have you had with your 960/S-V90?

Your troubles are on the low side: no engine issues appeared.

Many lifetime lubed suspension components last a LONG time. Others don't. It seems to be a design issue. I do know that zerk fittings can leak and allow water and dirt into a joint.
