Intercooling my '82 245T 200

Well, here's another trip 'round the old "how do I install an intercooler" block. Forgive me if I ask questions that have been answered in the past.

http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Speedway/2204/int.htm - This website outlining Angel Morales' install has been around for a while. I'm sure most of you have seen it. It has answered most of my questions but left me with a few.

Will my existing elbow above the intake work? If I use the intercooled version, does this require the new bracket, gaskets, and studs referred to in Morales' website?

Do I have to re-route a fuel line above the air metering unit because of clearance issues?

Do I need to replace the bellows support on the air metering unit? Morales' website also shows reinforcing the connecting hose above the unit with hot air pipe material. Why?

I run a 45" length of 1/4" vacuum line from the nipple on the air hose after the IC across the radiator down to a "T" junction and then a 7" piece from the "T" down to the wastegate actuator and that's why I plug the hole in the turbo housing, correct?

From the remaining opening on the "T" I run another 45" length of vent tubing and that's what I trim (3" at a time) to set my boost? If I want to use a boost controller instead, is this where I put it? Does anyone have a type/brand they recommend?

Can I adjust my existing overboost switch or do I have to purchase a new one?

Thanks in advance for your responses. If I have missed anything else, please mention it.
