SOME 122 GENUIUS HELP. my carb. , clutch, and thermostat 120-130

its a 64 122 with a rebuilt b18 the carb had an automatic choke but someone disabled it and i want to know how to put in a manual choke? should have an experienced proffesional do it?

and my clutch is leaking clutch fluid by the pedals. anyone had this. what do i do?

temp guage sometimes goes up and off then down to a normal position but lately is going up and staying up and for a few seconds i will smell the coolant then it goes away? i don't know if its the guage or the thermostat?

and do i have windsheild wiper spritzers? where is the resevoir?
