Is it my AC knob or are all 240 AC knobs hard to turn off? 200 1989

The hissing sound doesn't necessarily have to be bad - in my car, it's just the normal sound of gas/liquid circulating inside the system. Low but obvious if I listen next to the expansion valve (passenger footwell). The system works fine.

Of course there could be leaks in lots of places too, just like Aye Roll wrote.
