how much boost will the stock garrett CBV hold? 700

friend of mine has a turbo dodge and we are rebuilding his intake setup w/ a bunch of odd ball parts and we are trying to figure out the cheapest way to get a CBV in on it and since i have an extra garrett CBV(external one from a 88 i think) i was wondering how much boost those can hold stock?? he is only running 11-12 psi usally so ... but in the end he's hoping for like 15-18+psi once i finish building his setup for efficiency(hehe volvo style) .... so we have a talon BOV to hook up but we need to get a bracket for it to fit so we just want to see if the stock volvo one will hold till we can make the piping(right now he's not running any kind of bypass)
