I have been reading the posts here and asked several questions about my 1983 245. Thank you for all of the answers. Problem not fixed yet but I have learned alot. My wife calls me at work yesterday saying her 1988 245 will not start. I arived at parking lot and removed plug wire and checked for spark. It had an excellent spark, so this means no fuel. I look for fuel relay and find the 88 has the system relay and fuel pump relay combined in one unit. opened the relay up and dump out the water. contacts dirty so I jumped the relay with a wire and drove car home. 2nd day air from alloemvolvoparts.com and it arrived today.
