Update on no start problem with bad news 700

It might be that too. When ever i go to hotwire the fuel pumps, the main pump is the only one making any noise. I figured since there was no fuel in the hose to the main, just air, its not getting enough suction to suck fuel from the tank. If i had fuel in the line, it would probably run.
